Everything from ordering the pocket wifi to picking it up and returning it at Narita Airport, was perfect. It came with a pouch and battery charger. The service was outstanding every place we traveled to in Japan. We highly recommend Japan Wireless.

I was very impressed with the service. My flight was delayed and I missed my pick up. They very quickly changed the drop off location to my hotel that same day. In fact, the wireless hotspot was waiting for me when I checked in. Thank for making a stressful day a little easier.

From pick up to returning was great. Only thing there was no confirmation after returning the wifi to ensure they got it and won't be charged.

Excellent experience - portable WiFi was ready for us when we arrived at our hotel as we requested. Our entire family was able to connect to the internet throughout our visit to Tokyo with no difficulties. Highly recommend!

During my first trip to Japan, i did not know What to expect in terms of internet connectivity. Then i found out about Japan Wireless, who provided me with a strong pocket-wifi. It’s easy to use And has a decent battery autonomy.
The Signal was strong everywhere i’ve been to in Japan. Besides this, the returning of the pocket-wifi is an experience on it’s own!
The package kit was delivered to the hotel And received a return envelope for the pocket-wifi.
I am very satisfied with the service And highly recomend Japan Wireless

This is probably the best idea I had when I was in Japan. Many of my friend can connect to the internet and I can have internet anywhere in Japan. 10/10 I would do it again when I come back to Japan.

El mejor wifi que pude haber rentado, funciono perfecto para 6 iPhones, la velocidad es muy buena y la pila le dura bastante bien, lo usaba desde las 8am y a ls 8pm tenia que recargarlo con la powerbank que ellos mismos te dan, de verdad tuve muy buena conexion y muy buena experiencia, lo puedes recoger en el aeropuerto y devolverlo ahi mismo.

Made our travels in Japan super easy. WiFi was in our hotel room upon arrival and only had one issue, to which they promptly responded and was actually a local connection issue
