Easy pick up! Easy drop off at any post box. Very easy to use, had great WiFi connection during whole trip. No issues.

All excellent as always. Stable connection across Japan.
Travelled from Narita to Himeji, good internet everywhere.

The portable Wi-Fi hotspot was amazing so easy to use and overall just a great service

If you find yourself in Japan, you'll need one of these. It worked amazingly and NO issues at all. The process was easy both to pick up the device and return it. I highly recommend.

Super fast connection. We used the pocketwifi the whole daw. It comes with powerbank but never siya nalowbat sa amin. From 8am till 9pm namin gamit.
Easy to pick up and return to Kansai Airport.
Superb service. Till our next Japan travel

Works great extremely affordable

Pretty easy to set up before I left the UK, and just worked when I got to Japan, couldnt ask for more really. I'm not a big data user so cant comment on what happens when you reach the limits but it was enough for me.

Reliable and fast. Battery life average

Great wifi, no issues or complaints. Easy to understand

Japan Wireless is my favorite companion in my Japan trip because I al always connected whenever I need to search for something or ask directions. The ordering and claiming process is also smooth. Will book this again on my next trip!
