Good communication and easy to place order

Definitely worth it during our 2 weeks stay in Japan! We didn’t really use the back up portable battery charger they provided though because we had our own that lasts the whole day.

Informative website, clear options, easy ordering, option of choice delivered to our hotel in time with clear instructions. Excellent connectivity in all parts of Japan that we visited. Easy return by mail.
Next time we visit Japan we will gladly choose Japan Wireless rental again

Trust them blindly, it's a flawless experience, and the pricing was perfect.
