To order is very easy now i hope in the hotel when we arrive

You made this so easy and convenient! I ordered online before my trip and it was waiting for me at the hotel in Tokyo when I got there! Convenient drop off post office box near the gatecat Osaka airport. Thank you!

good communication, service and easy to purchase

Generally good coverage but battery does not last the whole day. Good to pair up with others that have this and can switch off when the battery dies. The external battery also does not last that long. Cheaper than my wireless carrier.

Very good experience, would use again

Wireless wifi package came in quickly and was delivered straight to my hotel. Customer service was also great and responded fast. Very easy return with drop off at postal box. Overall great experience and wifi rental worked better than expected :)

Travelled for 26 days in Japan. Never lost connectivity. Fast reliable download/ upload. Easy to set up and use.

It worked very well with us on our trip even in very rural areas and it was easy to use. Pick up was easy, and we were able to drop it off at the post office in the airport as well.

Ive been using Japan wireless for all of my trips and have never been dissapointed. Strangely this time the signal from the portable wifi was slightly more problematic and the connection was not the best, but this service is still clearly the best in Japan!

Very easy to use and have constant wifi access
