Used for travel in between & in 4 cities during 2 weeks vacation in Japan. Shared with 1 other user. Good coverage throughout and long battery life. Used with mobile phones worked seamlessly for maps internet, whatsapp etc.

I reserved two pocket wi-fi devices (one for my wife and one for myself) that were great to have while in Japan. The only small problem with my device was that it lost the internet connection temporarily three times over the 10 days we were there. Also, to me the setup instructions were confusing, but was actually pretty easy once I decided to try using the QR code. Regardless, i would gladly use Japan-Wireless if we ever travel to Japan again.

I picked the pocket wifi up at Narita airport. Very simple to get it working and ran flawlessly for my two week trip to different regions of Japan. Return was also super simple. Would order again.

Very reliable and easy to use. The complimentary battery bank was a life saver too.
Tip: For people from the U.S., turn off your Cellular data when you are in Japan. It will drain your battery searching for a network and you don’t need it while you’re on wifi.

Great service. Really easy and accommodating. I used to buy eSIM at the local shop in the Narita airport. Now there's no need to go to the airport eSIM shop. I can just buy eSIM online and load it up to my phone... easy.
