Excellent Wireless Device. Very happy to have this compact WiFi available while on our visit in Japan. Long lasting for the whole day and with a back up battery. Simple hook up to iPhone. Easy to return envelope to drop into post office mailbox at the airport before departure. Only difficult part was finding the kiosk booth at the airport, so a map would help in the future.

It was easy to pick up from airport and drop off in the mail. We had no issues with the WiFi, it worked throughout the areas we visited in Japan. We used this service two years ago and would use it again on our next visit.

This worked really well within Tokyo and even in Hakone. Internet was stable every time I needed it and it lasted mostly through the day. Pickup and return were really easy

Such easy transaction, ordered online, had it delivered to our hotel. It was waiting for me at the front desk. The connection was easy to make and it worked great the entire time. I did have to charge daily. Battery pack was a nice bonus. Sending it back was just as easy, drop in the mail. Highly recommended.

Ordering and using Japan Wireless was the best decision. It was so easy as Japan Wireless had my wifi waiting at our hotel and all I had to do was drop it off at the airport mailbox when departing from Japan. I never ran out of battery and everything was provided, a backup portable charger and charger. My husband and I were both able to use it seamlessly.

I've enjoyed using the pocket WiFi, it has been working everywhere for me, I never experience any issues, and the fact that it has unlimited gb is a life saver
