Pocket wifi worked as expected —we had 3 users and had no problem at all— it was easy to set up, connectivity was excellent, and return was a breeze.
We initially missed to pick up the unit as our flight to KIX was delayed and the office was already closed when we got to Osaka - i emailed the Customer Service and i requested for the unit to be forwarded to the hotel (small shipping fee charged).. their response was prompt and hassle free! No issues at all — i received the unit at the hotel . Thanks Japan Wireless!!
