Excellent service.

Ii perfectly works. Even for sending across some work emails with attachements it works bery well in any place

The directions for pick-up provided were clear and concise. We connected to the Wi-Fi immediately. Three phones connected to the Wi-Fi and did not have any issues with the service. I plan to use again for future trips and I definitely recommend Japan Wireless to friends and family.

Product worked perfect, and got a powerbank as well for loan, easiest way to get a fully functioning WiFi. Easy to pickup and easy to send back

Pocket wifi worked wonderfully throughout trip - great service!
However, there was one instance when the wifi was throttled...It seemed to happen once I hit 10GB data usage (total). Fast wifi speeds came back a few hours later, so not too big of an issue. Would use again!

Used during 2 weeks in Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Nara without any problems.
From Tokyo skytree (450m) to Shopping centers basements or inside the Subway, you are always connected.
Really unlimited, multi-devices (4 persons).
Collected in 2 min at Tokyo airport, dropped in a post mailbox at Osaka airport - Simple and effective.

Good service

The Pocket Wifi was delivered to the Hotel on time, the controls were simple and all of wireless devices connected easily. I would highly recommend to others looking at this option.
