We really enjoyed the service during our trip last week to Tokyo and Kyoto. From the delivery to the hotel, to the nice accessories, and the detailed instructions for returning by mail, the service is high quality and reliable. Thanks for doing a great job!

Ordered WiFi so we could all connect while out and about in Tokyo. The devise was delivered to our hotel / super easy to connect and very easy to use.

This device worked great! We had a family with multiple devices connected to it for about 2 weeks throughout Japan. Internet access allowed us to travel easily and enjoy our vacation.

I ordered this unit after my cell service (Verizon) even with the extra International service plan was spotty. This unit lasted all day and included a backup battery which really helped. If you're a Pokemon hunter or just needing reliable access to wifi this unit will keep you connected. Nothing worse than being in the heart of Pokemon and not being able to catch them all.

This is the first time I rented portable WiFi and I am glad I rented from Japan wireless. The device is super easy to setup. The connection is excellent. It allows us to do all kind of search while we were on the road. I had the device mailed to the hotel and returned it with the envelope included - so convenient. They even send you an email when the device shipped out so you can track and another reminder email for return.
I would rent from them again.

This pocket Wi-Fi was by far the most helpful device we had to get around Japan! Although sometimes our phones would lose connection to it, we'd usually be able to re-connect within 5 minutes after rebooting the device. It's long battery life was ideal, and the return process was super easy! We'll DEFINITELY get this same pocket Wi-Fi again when next we travel to Japan!

I used the business wifi option wile on a week long trip in a somewhat rural area. I had service even when in the mountains! I honestly think knowing had this gave me a lot of piece of mind, and my trip would have been much less enjoyable with out it!
