Worked better and longer than expected in Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka. No need for battery pack. Pick up and return was easy peasy at Narita.

I loved this pocked WiFi. They delivered to my hotel and I dropped in Osaka airport prior returning to Canada. It’s lightweight and provides internet anywhere. I totally recommend it

The internet connection worked well between two people and the battery lasted quite long through a day without requiring using the extra battery. Had some minor issues (on my part) regarding pickup and customer service responded immediately to help me resolve things. Would use this service again.
