Worked great

We were four using the pocket wifi. From ordering on line, to pickup (at Narita airport) to use all over Tokyo, to return back to Japan Wireless this was seamless and the service was great. There was a backup battery pack that I never had the need to use - the battery on the pocket wifi lasted all day. I strongly recommend the pocket wifi and will use this service again.

Very good service - easy to use

The delivery was on time exactly where and when we asked. The device worked perfectly. We had it for two weeks. The customer service was very good and fiable. We do recommend Thank you

Pick up and return was simple.
Having access to Wi-Fi all the time with a great band rate was essential for travelling around Japan. Highly recommended.

Great coverage, easy to use, and worked perfectly throughout Japan. Will recommend

Would recomment this to anyone travelling in Japan. Easy to use.

I did a little research on pocket wifi before going to Japan and Japan Wireless had very high review ratings. I was very pleased with this : strong connection, very fast speeds, can connect with multiple computers/iPad/iphone. It's a must if you are walking around Tokyo and you need to use a map or look up something on the internet. Would definitely use again!

Pick up from the airport, post it back at the airport with the pre-prepared envelope. Simple! Excellent signal, multiple devices, very impressed.

Good
