The service overall was a great smooth experience. Only comment is I'd be nice for the product to last longer than 24ish hours (better batery life)

The wifi worked flawlessly, didnt drop, and was always a good speed.
we relied on it a lot whilst out and about in Tokyo and it was reassuring to have it. Great value for money for our 2 week trip.

I carried around the hot spot while visiting Japan (Tokyo, Osaka, & Kyoto), had reception everywhere including the bulletin train. It was fast and reliable. I pre-ordered it before leaving for Japan, it was waiting for me when I checked in, and the return envelope was included so it was easy to return. Definitely recommend.

Worked perfectly the 21 days we had it. Easy to pick up and easy to give it back. I would get it again, no doubts.

Compare than other operators, Japan wireless is always best.

Worked great with 3 phones running off it. Battery lasted much longer than we expected. Much more reliable than roaming on my phone. Pick up and drop off were made super simple. Would definitely use this service again

Overall, it was good to have this while traveling in Japan. The ordering, pick up and drop off/return process was easy. Only minor issue was occasionally the signal wouldn’t connect and had to switch networks a few times to get it to work. But overall, if we ever go back to Japan I would get this again

The hotspot worked well and was very useful as we navigated our way in unfamiliar and new places.
