Great wi-fi, never any trouble!

We used it as our primary internet solution with my family during our stay in Japan.

Service was top notch and the help provided (only one issue during 10 months!) was very prompt and service was back up and running within minutes!

processing is so easy and it’s very helpful

Works great and as described.

I’ve been using Japan wireless for years every time I come to Japan, sometimes for a month, sometimes for 6 months or more. Never had a problem and support has been incredibly responsive.

Worked perfectly - thank you!

Not staying at a hotel, no problem. I just entered the address of the nearest post office and picked up my wifi there. Email confirmation had instructions in English and Japanese to help explain to the post office worker what I needed. Wifi worked great, I only had a couple of issues that went away if I held the power button down to conduct a hard reset. This was my second time renting from Japan Wireless and I will use them again. 10/10 recommend!

Great to have in my travels all over Tokyo. It worked everywhere I went.

This is a very convenient device!

Japan Wireless had the best rate and the process to order, set up and return was so easy. It was there on the day I arrived and just had to drop it off in the mailbox at the airport. I would recommend to anyone wanting to rent pocket wifi in Japan.
