I was very impressed with the service and great quality Wi-Fi. I used it when I visited my mother in Japan from the U.S. Staff promptly responded to all my queries and Wi-Fi was delivered on time to my mother's home when I arrived. Having English support was definitely a plus. Wi-Fi worked great at my mother's house. I could be in the bedroom upstairs and it had strong signal. I was so pleased with the service and the product that I decided to convert to annual contract.

Very easy process all the way through at a reasonable price. Only small improvement could be to have 5G devices instead of 4G

I have used this service for two times previously and am now using it for the third time. The service has always been good and there has never been any problems.

Because of a previous typhoon, I had to make changes to my pickup plans quickly and the team gave me a very fast response.

This is a service I depend on and will always recommend.

Very reliable and fast

I have used this product twice now. Both times it has been excellent. I would recommend it for anyone visiting Japan for a short period of time.

I used this Co. more than 5 years! They provide very good service! Highly recommend to everybody!

The internet gets slow at late night. This happens usually when I get back to my hotel where the wifi is available, so I never bothered to reset. It gets faster again the next morning. Overall, the device is great, foreign-friendly, user-friendly, and the handy.

2nd time using Japan Wieless. Great coverage all over Japan.
