Easy to pick up at airport. Easy to use and good coverage. No problems at all.

Hemos estado en Japon. Eramos un grupo de 8 personas y hemos contratado este servicii. Es fantastico y funciona perfectamente.

I used Japan Wireless last November, great product, great service, I am going back to Japan next week, and I am about to order again. Thank you.

This pocket Wifi was the best investment I made on our trip to Japan, worked everywhere even in the mountains while skiing. Couldn't recommend this product more! When we go back will diffidently be hiring another one

It was delivered right on time, and returning it was easy — I just dropped it in the mail using the pouch provided.

Good signal coverage over different areas and battery lasts around a full day with moderate usage with GPS. Only issue is severe speed throttling after certain threshold of data usage.

Worked great! Made navigating Tokyo and Kyoto so easy

When my trip to Japan was postponed due to covid, Japan wireless rescheduled my pocket Wi-Fi and they were very helpful about the whole thing. Thanks!

Awesome service which gets delivered right to your hotel so when you check in it's there waiting for you. Also great for connecting throughout your trip. So convenient and takes away the stress so you can enjoy your vacation.
