Easy pick-up and return. Timely and convenient!

Appreciated it was delivered to a place where I stayed instead of picking it up at the airport. It was very easy to return as well and no issues at all with the service. I will order it again with a next visit. Thank you!

Wifi service was outstanding! Will use again! :)

Performed well throughout my travels in Honshu, good value

Flawless from Tokyo to Aomori to Hiroshima and everywhere in between.

Had the pocket Wifi delivered to my hotel room the night before my arrival then dropped it off at the airport before I left Japan. The entire process was so convenient and the device even came with a power bank which was an added convenience. Thank you for the great service and I’ll definitely avail of your service again when I return to Japan next year.

The wifi was there at the hotel and returning was no problem. We will surely use them again.

Worked great and very helpful on a trip!

We share it! It was great to pick up and easy to use.

I picked up the device from the post office in the Narita airport , it came with an extra battery charger and cables, everything you need. Logging in to the Wi-Fi was via QR code so it was very easy and fast no passwords to type or remember. Speed was reliable. Return was very easy, place everything in the prepaid envelope and drop it back into the post office box at the airport. Would recommend again.
