Was extremely easy to order prior to our trip from the US and pick up at Haneda upon arrival. Worked great and gave us great peace of mind that we had access to data wherever we needed it (Google Maps was used a LOT) and also that family members could keep track of us using Life360 and Find my Friends as per usual. Return was simple and easy with clear instructions.

Getting equipment and setting up went perfect. Arrived early at my hotel. Just had an issue on last day and couldn’t get wifi to work for my last few hours in Japan. Got refunded and I appreciate the responsiveness. Also felt the pricing was the best I could find.
