Amazing product, with no problems!!

We used this several times while in Japan when we were not able to get a good wifi signal on our phones or laptop. The process to pick up and drop off was quick and easy.

It was very easy to order. My past experience has been great. I have this devise delivered to the hotel on the day of my arrival and hasn't failed yet. Easy to ship this device back as well with prepaid shipping envelope.

Simple, easy, & affordable mi-fi service. They included everything, including a power bank, cables, pouch, & a pre-paid package for returning the device at the end of your trip. My friends & I chose the Business package for our 5-day stay in Tokyo, & it was wonderful. Will definitely be using their mi-fi again when we return!

Rented 3 Wifi. Delivered timely to the hotel. Wifi connection was reliable and consistently fast through the trip. The battery was very useful. True value. Would definitely rent again. Very satisfied

I saw this service on instagram and the blogger did not joke about needing it. It’s soooo convenient to have wifi EVERYWHERE you go. The service is so easy to use. I had mine delivered to our hotel and I returned it in a post box. We used ours all day without it having to be charged. Worth it.

I used Japan Wireless on a recent trip to Japan and it was brilliant - easy to access either at the airport or I had it delivered to my hotel just hours after I ordered it!! It was easy to use and reliable - made my trip so much more enjoyable not having to worry about running out of power or connection. Return was a breeze too, just drop it in the mailbox with the included envelope!!
