Worker perfectly! No issues whatsoever

I didn't end up using as much data as I thought, but that's good. This e sim was easy to use, worked well everywhere I went (Tokyo, Nagano, even in the mountains above Nagano) It was clear how much data I was using as it kept track. I would use it again.

Pickup and setup was easy and straightforward. Good connection throughout Tokyo, a little spotty in the subways but always connected once I was off he train. Only experience one issue where I had to power down and reboot. Spent a day at DisneySea without any issues. Affordable option especially if you have multiple members in your party. Highly recommend.

I had an excellent experience with Japan Wireless during our recent family trip to Japan. From booking to return, everything was smooth and professionally handled.

The device was delivered exactly as requested to our hotel before check-in, and it was ready and waiting when we arrived. Setup was incredibly easy — just turn it on and connect. No complicated steps, no confusion.

The connection speed was fast and stable throughout our entire trip. We used it daily for Google Maps navigation, restaurant searches, train schedules, Disney apps, and video calls — even with multiple devices connected at the same time. It never dropped signal, even while riding the Shinkansen between Tokyo and Osaka.

Battery life was impressive and easily lasted the whole day with normal use. Coverage was excellent in Tokyo, Osaka, and even during our day trips.

Customer service was responsive and helpful. The instructions were clear, and the return process was simple and convenient.

If you’re traveling to Japan and want reliable internet without stress, I highly recommend Japan Wireless. It made our trip smoother and more enjoyable, especially traveling with kids.

It was very handy to have the pocket wifi in Japan. I visited my mom in Sapporo and she doesn't have wifi at home so it was great to have internet access to do everything I needed. I was able to carry it with me everywhere. It was very economical — a great solution!
