I used japan wireless during my stay of 6 weeks. At around week 3/4 the device started to slow and stop working. However I sent an email and the WiFi was replaced free of charge. Fantastic service.

Hired the Premium WiFi for 18 days and was very impressed with the connection. The unlimited data was exactly what I needed as I used Google maps all the time I was in japan. Over all great service easy collection and return. Will definitely use again on my next trip to Japan

This was a user friendly process from start to finish. The device was at our hotel when we arrived, set up took about 30 seconds, coverage was excellent throughout our stay, and the return could not have been easier.

Easy to use and reliable service. My family of four all connected to the pocket Wi-Fi and never had issues. It was great to have the backup battery charger as well. I will never travel to another country without one.
