Very easy pick up and drop off, great Internet service all throughout our stay. Even came with its own power bank! Highly recommended!

We reserved the 4G wireless system online. Information for pickup was sent a few days before arriving in Japan. Pickup was very easy at the counter in Haneda airport. Internet access through the device was consistent with no dropouts and the battery life was sufficient for a whole day out. Never had to use the added power bank. Only minor problem was that the charger sent would take forever to charge, hence we had to always leave charging overnight.

Unlimited data, easy to use, and the included power bank was necessary most days for 2 devices.

The product and service was excellent. The pocket wifi was shipped to my hotel and the staff called the hotel to make sure it was there. I had service everywhere I went and there were no issues.

Japan Wireless kept us connected home in Hawaii while we were on a 2-week tour in Hokkaido. We were in the rural area of Hokkaido and thanks to Japan Wireless we had great internet coverage wherever we were. Set up was easy and I was able to connect multiple devices. Returning it was also easy. We dropped off the enclosed return package at the hotel front desk and received a return confirmation from Japan Wireless in a couple of days. I will use Japan Wireless again on our next trip to Japan. Highly recommended.
