Easy to acquire and use !!very good service!!

The pocket Wi-Fi was very useful for us. There were 8 of us in the tour group who were able to use it as long as we are all close to the one holding the pocket Wi-Fi unit. The power bank did not work for us, so we just needed to make sure the unit is fully charged each morning to last throughout the day.

Only problem is it stopped working when driving to north Okinawa. Just remove the battery and reboot it and it will work again.
A must have in Japan.

Honestly speaking I love it I don't have any problems in interest and I can communicate with my husband in US with no problem .Thank you and will surely use your service again when we go back in 2026
