Good device, long life battery, internet ok in Tokyo.

Paid about $5/day for wifi that worked great. Easy set up, easy return, and battery lasted about 8 hours. Very quick response to a question I had emailed.

the best
we didn't have any problems

The eSIM service was easy to set-up and worked efficiently. Very convenient to use and provides fast internet connection.

This was easy to use, pick up and drop off was great too. The whole process was really easy for being a foreigner.

We purchased a premium wifi in your pocket from Japan Wireless. The product was waiting at the hotel as promised and worked flawlessly throughout our 16 days in Japan. Held a charge throughout the day and did not use the backup battery! Highly recommended.

Great Coverage and easy to arrange!
Thank you

Highly recommend Japan wireless if you’re looking to get wifi conveniently. Easy pick up from the airport, easy drop off in the post. No issues with the wifi and we had 3 devices hooked up.

Great service. Would use again

We had the Premium Wifi for 12 days and was smooth without any problems at all, connecting our 4 devices. It made it incredible easy our stay in Japan without the stress to find free wifi spots around. We used it until last min and dropped it at the post box in the airport. Perfect!
