This is the second time I've rented a pocket wifi and I had another easy, excellent experience. I simply booked it from the website, picked it up from the airport and mailed it back on my last day. The wifi worked perfectly as intended. I highly recommend!

Very good WiFi product

I use Japan Wireless each time I visit Japan. It is easy to pick-up/return the equipment and it works pretty much anywhere I go. The battery last all day and the backup battery also comes with it. I recommend it to anyone.

Great deal to go around Japan with no stress, i took 2 devices for my group (16 people) and they had been absolutely perfect to be always connected H24.
Good price and comfy delivered in our First hotel, i delivered back at my last hotel in the pre paid envelope in which they arrived.
