Very good

Japan-wireless wifi rental is my choice whenever I visit Japan. I have been a loyal customer and I highly recommend their service. I already availed of their wifi rental many times and as always they are very reliable, they answer inquiries and they deliver on time. Thank you for your efficient service at all times.

The mobile Wi-Fi solution worked perfectly the while trip and it made it possible for us to plan where to stat and what to see as we sent along.

Good service

Rent the premium MiFi: you will NOT regret it! Couldn’t have been more useful to have. Used all over Tokyo, Kyoto, Nara, in restaurants (when my 7 yo could not go without his iPad), waiting in long lines for popular ramen restaurants, uploading pics on the go, and even on the bullet trains. We were constantly connected to be able to share photos and FaceTime family in real time. Best of all, we never got lost!! We had GPS and used Google Maps and various train/subway station finders throughout our 8 days in Japan. If we hadn’t gotten the MiFi, we would have gotten unimaginably lost, no doubt!

The company was super easy to deal with- 100% reliable, our package arrived and was waiting for us at hotel, and they made it so easy to repack and mail in the little envelope upon return at the airport. Connectivity speed was excellent (on multiple devices) and we never had a glitch in service whatsoever.

We will DEFINITELY rent from Japan Wireless again next trip! Best call ever. So happy we got this.

A great product which allows easy access anywhere.

Can’t fault the ease and quality of the pocket wifi from Japan Wireless.
