This is my 2nd time to order from Japan Wireless, and I would like to say that they did not disappoint me at all. I arrived in Kansai airport, and their office is just near the bridge of the airport and station. It took a while for me to find them because I didn't realize I arrived early and that they were still closed. When they opened, you can't miss them as they are very visible. Transaction was fast and smooth. Returning it was the easiest as there was a post box just right in the bridge of the airport where you will arrive from the train station so I had wifi till I got into the airport. Would highly recommend them, and will definitely order from them again on my next trip to Japan.

How can I check my data usage and remaining balance on my prepaid Unlimited SIM card?

After using 3GB of high-speed data per day, speeds may be reduced until midnight. To track your usage, we recommend using built-in data tracking features on your smartphone or third-party apps.

What is your refund policy?

Can I extend or renew my SIM plan?

Our Japan Unlimited Prepaid SIMs are valid for a fixed period and cannot be extended. If you need more days, you can purchase an additional SIM card.
Can I return my Unlimited Data SIM card after use?

No, Japan Unlimited Prepaid SIM cards are for one-time use and do not need to be returned.
Can I use the SIM card (Standard/Premium) with my smartphone?

Device compatibility may vary depending on your smartphone model and settings.

How can I check if my smartphone is SIM-locked or SIM-unlocked?

If it says "No SIM restrictions", your device is SIM-unlocked and can be used with our SIM cards.
