Is the Prepaid SIM Card compatible with my cell phone?
Most cell phones do. Our SIM card is compatible with unlocked (SIM-free) devices.
It is a multi-cut SIM, suitable for standard, micro, and nano SIM slots.(*)
・Premium Japan SIM cards (5G): As long as your cell phone supports the following bands. 4G: Band 1, 3, 18 (or 26) 5G: n77,78 *Support for 3 frequency bands of the 4G network is required.

Ensure your device is unlocked and supports the network frequencies used in Japan. Please contact us for the compatibility before purchasing. We do not accept refunds if the SIM card doesn't work with your device. -

How do I activate the Prepaid SIM Card?
Our Unlimited SIM card comes pre-activated. Simply insert it into your device upon arrival in Japan and configure the APN settings:

How can I check my data usage and remaining balance on my prepaid Unlimited SIM card?
After using 3GB of high-speed data per day, speeds may be reduced until midnight. To track your usage, we recommend using built-in data tracking features on your smartphone or third-party apps.

Android: Settings → Mobile Network → Mobile Data Data Usage

Will I experience any speed reductions?
4G/LTE Unlimited SIM Card: After using 3GB (FUP) of high-speed data per day, speed may be reduced until midnight.
5G Unlimited SIM Card: No speed reductions, No Data Caps. -

My SIM card isn’t working. What should I check first?
Ensure your device is unlocked and supports Japan’s network frequencies.
Verify APN settings are correctly configured.
Restart your device after inserting the SIM.
Check if airplane mode is turned off.
Try reinserting the SIM card.

What is your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds for issues arising from device incompatibility or incorrect device settings configuration. Please verify your device is unlocked and compatible before purchasing.

Can I extend or renew my SIM plan?
Our Japan Unlimited Prepaid SIMs are valid for a fixed period and cannot be extended. If you need more days, you can purchase an additional SIM card.

Can I return my Unlimited Data SIM card after use?
No, Japan Unlimited Prepaid SIM cards are for one-time use and do not need to be returned.

Can I use the SIM card (Standard/Premium) with my smartphone?
Device compatibility may vary depending on your smartphone model and settings.

How can I check if my smartphone is SIM-locked or SIM-unlocked?
The most reliable way to confirm your SIM-lock status is to contact the store or mobile service provider where you purchased your device.
You can try the following steps depending on your device:
<For iPhone users:>
Go to Settings > General > About > Carrier Lock
If it says "No SIM restrictions", your device is SIM-unlocked and can be used with our SIM cards.
<For Android users:>
The SIM-lock status is usually not visible in the settings. Please contact your carrier directly to confirm.
As a general guideline, if you have previously used a SIM card from another country or provider, your phone is likely to be SIM-unlocked and compatible with our SIM cards.
