The service was convenient and consistent. Made my 2 week stay in Japan very enjoyable with no hassle. At all times I was online.

Seemless, reliable, had constant connection. Easy to pick up, easy to connect, easy to return. 10/10 highly recommend!

I use this service every time I go to Japan. easy and great !
Price is right also.

Very handy and did not fail us with wifi while travelling. Easy pick up and drop-off (return) instructions as well. We will definitely rent our wifi here again.

next time we shall absolutely use your services again. Very satisfied, everything went very smoothly 😁

Very good, never had an issue

The pocket wifi was essential for our Japan trip, that we could have reliable internet everywhere we went at a reasonable price. Easy airport pickup and drop off and did not need to be recharged - although there was also a spare battery included. Not hard to set up. Would highly recommend.

Great service. Device and extra battery included is a very good feature. Price was competitive. Device was at the hotel when I arrived. Thank you

Easy to use & convenient along with the instructions. I did not have any problem with the connections at all. I plan to use this service again next year❤️.

Needed an esim for myself and my son for our two weeks in Japan. Based on other reviews i choose japan-wireless and its really good. Unlimited data and most of the time 5G, 4G only in the rural area’s. Setup was very easy with the provided QR code. Highly recommended and will definitely use it again on our next trip to Japan.
