The pocket wifi device was awesome. It was almost impossible to find a place where it DIDN'T work. Kyoto, Osaka. Kobe, Fukuoka, Okinawa. The signal and reception were consistently excellent. The thing works in concrete buildings and in train stations, on trains. This thing even worked in a few shinkansen tunnels.

I can't imagine travelling Japan without it.

We had a very Good experience with Japan Wireless. We had a little trouble finding the counter at the airport, but otherwise it worked well from the beginning and all 3 weeks we were in Japan. We chose two devices for four adults, so we would be able to comunicate when splitting up for sightseeing and shopping. Some places we even chose to stay on JW because the wifi on the hotel wasnt reriable. We highly recommend Japan Wireless

Over 23 days, easy setup, delivery to hotel on time & waiting for us but check with your accommodation they will accept delivery as we did, no outages, battery lasted for full day and didn't need to use extra battery provided, unlimited data WiFi coverage Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka, Hiroshima, Beppu, Kyoto excellent and postage instructions at Haneda Airport reasonable although reference to International Terminal 2 or T3 could be improved. Wonderful experience and absolutely recommend to any travellers. I used Premium Japan Wifi package and used a discount coupon - love their product and ease of online booking and service provided. What you read on the Web-site is what you get but even better. Recommended from an Aussie travelling in Cherryblossom season.

Arrived at Haneda airport after 14hr flight. The staff helped install our Wi-Fi onto 2 phones and iPads. I was in Japan for a month, sadly my 5GB was about to run out. I contacted J.W. They sent me another 5GB package to my hotel for free.
We travelled all over Japan, The reception was superb. Great company.

Great service. Convenient pick-up at the airport. The wireless connection was always strong and the battery life on the unit lasted most of the day with 4 phones connected. Return of the unit was also very easy/convenient.

The battery life of the device has many many hours. Works very well and easy to use
