The wifi was easy in use and very helpful. Lasted always for a full day of activities. Wonderfull

our trusted wifi pocket!

It was easy to use and provided great coverage. It was a very simple process to order before arriving in Japan and return before departing.

We had signal almost everywhere, so it was very convenient. My only issue is that the battery did not last as long as I wanted.

No issues at all, perfect usage. Battery life was good, and included power bank was helpful. Very easy pickup and return. Would highly recommend for wifi connectivity for tourists

We have been used Japan Wireless' pocket wifi for the last 3 Japan trips (Tokyo, Osaka and Sapporo) and the experience has been very positive. The units connect fast and easy with all our devices (phones, tablets and laptops). It is convenient that we can have it delivered to our hotels and then simply drop it off at any postbox at the end of our use. We will definitely conitnue using Japan wireless for our future trips.

Just came back from Japan. The service and coverage were great.

Our party of 14 actually reserved 3 pocket wifi packets. the hardest part of the whole event was getting to the japan wifi counter from Customs since we were on a time crunch. but not to worry, the pickup was very smooth, convenient and customer service was spot on and very efficient. did not take more than 5 minutes to complete each of our transactions. the instructions were simple and very understandable. when we visit Japan again, we will definitely use your services again. So easy peasy.

Ordered, delivered, easy set up and return. Such an easy service for wifi. No dead spots in Hokaido!

Quick and very easy to rent with a highly reliable service
