Reliable. I use the service every time I visit Japan.
Best price best speed
In general, I am satisfied with my rental. Easy to use, cheap and with good connection. The only flaw was that I found it difficult to understand where to return it. When I asked the staff at Haneda airport, instead of collecting my package I was refered to a postal box that I could not find.
Livraison, utilisation et retour parfaitement organisé
Buying process was super easy and intuitive. The installation was smooth abs quick with clear instructions and a QR code provided. The speed was great too in all parts of Japan
Service worked perfectly even in remote locations. Very satisfied and reconned it to other travelers.
Great Service, Connection and ease of doing business - keep it up
This was our 3rd trip to Japan and our 3rd time using Japan Wireless pocket wifi. It arrives fully charged with a charger, adapter, and bag. Only wish the return envelope was a bit smaller to fit in any postal box. Otherwise very reliable wifi.
Easy, quick, simple.
Ordered a wifi pocket several times now. This time there was a little problem with the connection. One phone made a connection after quite some time and our other phone made no connection at all. Customer service was excellent and they delivered a new one straight away. All problems solved!
