Japan Wireless wifi worked great during our trip to Japan. Good connectivity, simple process to pick up and drop off.

Personal Wi-Fi was waiting for me when I arrived at my hotel. Product was very easy to set up and to use. At the end of my stay, I just put the products in an envelope provided and dropped it off at the airport. It was as easy as 1-2-3.

Very simple and very convenient service, would definitely recommend! We picked up and dropped off at the airport, and had no problems at all using the WiFi box.

Been renting from Japan Wireless for a couple of years after the company I used to use closed down due to Covid. Never any problem until the last trip (we go to Japan several times a year). A pocket wifi wasn't holding a charge. Contacted the company and they quickly sent a replacement. The pocket wifi easily can support several devices at once. Will continue to rent from Japan Wireless

So far the best wifi rental service we’ve tried. Internet speed was fast and very reliable. Did not have any connection issues whatsoever.
