My experience was good and I have referred my social media followers to your site for their needs. Thanks so much!

The communication, the provided information, the pick up at the airport, the WiFi connections, and the easy drop off at the airport…easy peasy!! It made our Japan trip an awesome experience…thank you so much! We will always use Japan Wireless!

Very reliable and fast internet connection. The battery lasts a whole day. I will definitely order again once I go back.

It was our first trip to Japan, and we wouldn't have enjoyed it as much without the pocket wifi. Extraordinary service.

Reserving the wireless was easy. We picked it up at Narita and it was ready to use. We had great connectivity through our entire trip around Tokyo. Return in postage paid envelope and left with our hotel outgoing mail. Would definitely recommend.

Very smooth - worked as ordered

Easy to reserve online, to pickup and to drop off! Thank you!

This is my 3rd time ordering, using Japan Wireless.

Fast internet, easy connection.

We will order again

Device was delivered to hotel as promised. Everything worked as expected. It was easy to return the device.

The portable WiFi unit worked 99 percent of the time. The 1 percent was when I was in a cave in Japan. Highly recommend. Was easy to reserve, pick up and return.
