I used the wireless internet for one month while traveling to many different locations in Japan. Never lost connection and battery lasted long. Easy to book, pick up and return.

I ordered this online and paid for it. It was delivered to my hotel and was waiting for me in my room when I got to the hotel. Activation was easy and off I went. Reception was very good. I was in many places and had service 95% or more of the time. Sometimes 2 phones and 2 computers were attached to it. It showed just a small slow down but overall, I cannot complain at all for the service. If I go back to Japan, I will definitely use Japan Wireless again.

Super simple to order and my hotel were more than happy to accept the delivery. Thanks to the very clear instructions we were able to install the SIM card and had a good strong connection throughout our trip in Japan, no matter where we went.

Great system for pick up and drop off an great connection of multiple devices

Everything was done as required. We travel through Japan for two weeks and we never lost connexion with six phones. Take-off and drop-off were quiet easy. Excellent !
