Excellent service. Excellent product

Our Japan trip started in Tokyo then north to Sendai, Natori, south to Hiroshima, Kagoshima, Hakata, Kyoto, Osaka on the Shinkansen. Pocket Wifi worked flawlessly everywhere. Thru put was great, free charger was perfect for each day trip. Would use and recommend this service again.

The ordering placement, collection/return was easy and simple. The price is affordable.

Extremely user friendly and useful eSIM with high reliability connection for our family travel in Japan, highly recommended for evry travellr going to Japan!

Ordered the sim card before leaving Australia and it was waiting for me at the hotel when I arrived. Very easy to set up on the phone and was working within an hour of installing. Great coverage for the duration of the trip. Will look for this product when visiting Japan again.

Simple et efficace. Et renvoie aisément

This is the 2nd time I use Japan Wireless. They are very reliable and convenient. They sent the pocket wifi to the hotel and it was waiting for us when we arrived. Just dropped it off in a post box at the airport before departure. Good price too, I will choose them again next time I travel to Japan!

Pocket WiFi was waiting at our hotel when we arrived, as arranged. Worked flawlessly for three days touring Tokyo and two days at Disney parks. Return was straightforward and cost was reasonable. Would strongly recommend

Easy to pick up at Narita, powerbank as a bonus, all in all good value.

I always use JW since 2017 it's the 4th time and works well even very far from the cities. If fails you can change the signal and that's it easy to pick up and return
