All perfect and super professional and efficient customer service

Cost effective for a family of 5 on an extended vacation. We had no trouble connecting and pick up and Mail Drop off was so easy.

reliable and fast service

Thank you for helping us out. We used while waiting for our internet install in Nara, Japan. No problems.

Perfetto sempre funzionante

I picked up my pocket wifi at Haneda Airport, and it worked as advertised. It worked flawlessly the entire week and when we left Japan, I just dropped in the mailbox. Easy pick up/return and we stayed connected throughout our trip.

Worked seamlessly! Highly recommended!

Third time visiting Japan using the premium pocket wifi. Easy to pick up and drop off. Easy instructions to set up and use. The wifi is reliable and fast and stayed in my bag throughout my journey (saving me on many occasions with directions etc).
Thank you Japan Wireless for excellent service from staff and great product.
Will definitely use again.

Everything worked well and easy to pu and return
