This product helped me a lot on my recent visit to Japan. Even in places far from major cities had great connectivity and I had no issue during the two weeks of use. Definitively I'll use this on my next trip.

This was so helpful during my trip! I used this along with my international data plan and I had no issues. FYI The return box is the red box located by the airline counters before security.

very easy from pickup, using the device, and drop off. best for those who want a dedicated pocket wifi for sharing or business use.

With the airport wifi upon arrival, it is easy to set up. As I do not have an extra phone, I couldn’t scan the QR but did it manually which works well.
Connection is great throughout. At times, will require to disconnect and reconnect again to re-establish network.
