Very useful and reliable during osaka visit.

Will order through Japan Wireless each time I travel to Japan. This is my 5th time with them.

The product didnt dissapoint us and help us with our daily travel and social connections. We didnt encounter any problem at all, highly recommended! Will rent again with them.

Essential equipment for a long trip: travel and translation.
The only downside is that you have to use the backup battery often.
