Used the esim any where in Japan without a problem and it was fast.

Excellent service, easy to use, and coverage everywhere in central Japan (that I traveled to). ‘Will defintely use this again during the next trip.

It worked really well and was easy to set up and use! The battery lasted all day and was low-profile and easy to fit in a bag.

I used this for working remotely for a month (including taking work meetings, and it worked amazingly everywhere I went (including rural towns).

I visited Japan recently and I def recommend using the wifi box. The pick up is quick, as soon as I landed I walked over to the counter and was given the wifi box. No questions no hassle, it was so quick that I was able to make the shuttle bus on time. The wifi box is small and compact and was easy to use. It kept me online and battery life lasted long.

I applaud their great service! The first device wasn’t working and when I went to exchange it at the airport, I was instantly given another device. This one worked perfectly and their emails were appreciated. Thank you for great service and product. We will be renting again when we are back to Japan!

Having this portable WiFi with us at all times was the best thing ever!! We could always map while walking, get train numbers while going from city to city. and even watch out favorite shows in the evenings.
