Excellent service from ordering before flying, collection at the airport and use of the device while travelling around Japan. Battery lasted all day everyday, some days were close to running out but no issues. Would use again.

Easy pick up and drop off. The picket wifi worked perfectly for 2 users, even in more remote locations.

Work great in Nagasaki, kobe, osaka, kyoto,Yokohama and tokyo

We had three devices connected and everything worked reliably and quickly the whole time

Excellent service during my stay! Easy to pick up and drop off! All devices worked well and stayed charged for most of the day.
I’d order again in the future.

Works good, no issues.

I am very happy with this product and and services. It is also very practical to return at the airport. Thank you !

I do not have any complaints on product.

I have used Japan Wireless several times and the pocket wifi has worked flawlessly allowing me to stream videos without any buffering.
