This was my first time using an eSIM. Everything was great. The directions were easy to follow, the price was much better than my home carrier, snd the coverage everywhere we went in Japan was great. Will definitely use again next time

Worked perfectly for our 2 weeks in Japan covering Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto and Fujinomiya. The device fit in my pocket and provided 2 phones with access that allowed us to use Google Maps and Translate as well use our phones to make Suica and CC purchases. The whole process was easy; picked it up at Haneda and dropped it in a mailbox the day we left.

We rented a pocket Wi-Fi during our 10 day trip to Japan and it worked very well for us. The service never dropped and was a great alternative to using an eSim. The pick up and drop off process was very easy, I was so happy to know that we could just simply mail our pocket Wi-Fi back before going through security. Also, having a back up battery was very convenient. I highly recommend Japan Wireless to anyone looking to have constant Wi-Fi while in Japan!

Had an issue with the router overheating, causing the battery to drain faster. Contacted customer service and they sent a replacement to our hotel. Enjoyed the rest of our vacation with no issues. This was the third we’ve used Japan Wireless and will do so again.

Strong signal and works very well. Only issue is that it drains battery quickly so needed to charge it often. Overall very satisfied.
