The Internet speed was ok, you get 4g speed so it's enough to get you around town. Unit gets pretty hot if you keep in your pockets and the battery drains pretty fast so it's nice they provide you with a power bank.

Very affordable. All are working no hassle and smooth transactions especially in receiving and returning. Highly recommended. My trusted company in renting pocket wifi. Thank you until next time.

I picked up my pocket wifi in Narita Airport and it worked for the entire 2 weeks I stayed in Japan. Not once did my service ever go out, even when I traveled in more rural parts of the country. Although the battery life seemed short, I never ran out before I could charge it again. I recommend this service and would use it again.

All worked out perfectly...

I recently used a Japanese wireless eSIM during my trip to Japan, and it was a great experience. Activation was quick and hassle-free — I simply scanned the QR code, and I was connected within minutes. The data speed was consistently fast, even in more rural areas, and I had no issues with dropped connections or coverage. It was especially convenient not having to deal with a physical SIM card. Perfect for travelers looking for reliable internet access without the stress. It’s also cheaper than physical SIM cards. Highly recommended!

This eSim was very easy to setup and made my trip in Japan that much better. I highly recommend this product.

Very good 👍. I was worried about the speed, but it’s very fast. Very reliable thank you for this service. Will use again on my next Japan trip

Pocket wifi was waiting for me when we checked into the hotel. With the exception of some train tunnels, wifi worked well overall. Drop off process was easy as well...we put it in the mailbox at Narita Airport. Would use this service again.

Reliable and affordable

The PocketWifi worked well and the process of collecting and returning it was very easy.
