Always very convenient to have as we travel in Japan. The delivery to our first hotel is always efficient as the unit package is already waiting at the front desk for us. The return via airport postal box is super simple. We've noticed that the WiFi units are newer and the battery life lasts much longer than previous rentals. We highly recommend this!

Purchased the 9-d package and used in Tokyo and Nagano prefecture on an US eSIM iPhone. Fairly straightforward to install and very consistent data speed even in the mountainous area around Nagano prefecture. Good experience.

Easy to set up and reliable throughout the trip. Highly recommended.

Easy to pick up and drop off. Service was really good all time. We were able to connect 5 devices at the same time with great internet speed. Recommended!!

Japan Wireless provides the consumer with excellent service and product. We appreciated the reliability of the mifi and excellent connection throughout Japan. We are repeat customers for many years.

it works very well and reliable.

Worked very well during our trip. Quick and easy pickup and use, with no issues. Never ran into any network issues -- we didn't notice any slow downs or dead spots. When we were done, dropping it off was quick and easy with the prepaid envelope you get when picking up the device.

Would use them again the next time I'm in Japan, and have recommend others that plan on going in the near future to use this company too!

Très satisfaite du service fourni, tout est parfaitement organisé de la livraison à l aéroport à la restitution le jour du départ. La qualité du réseau est très bonne l appareil simple à mettre en route. Je recommande

It was very easy to connect and inexpensive. Next time I go to Japan, I will use again!!

I used Japan Wireless for the first time on my trip to Japan. I set it up the day of my departure and turned it on the moment I landed. We travelled several locations from Tokyo to southern Japan and northern Japan and data and cellular reception was great all across the board. Would highly recommend and will definitely use Japan Wireless again my next trip
