This is our 2nd time using Japan Wireless pocket wifi. Very compact to carry on in your purse. No need to worry about Wifi anywhere we go. This pocket wifi connected all 4 of our devices with stong connection.
I love how it was delivered at our hotel and how convenient to drop off at postbox in the airport. Will definitely be using this service again!

Worked like an absolute charm. Was up and running within 30 seconds of switching to the new esim after I landed in Japan. No dropouts or issues. Will definitely use again.

Great service and easy to use. It worked pretty much anywhere except for some train rides.

We used it for two weeks with good results and stable connection sometimes with two devices.

Je recommande. Nous avons utilisé le Pocket Wifi pendant 15 jours. C est vraiment pratique simple d utilisation, cela ne prend pas de place dans le sac.

I've rented this wifi gadget 3-4 times for trips to Japan from 2 to 5 weeks, and delivery to hotel is always reliable and it's easy to post the day before I go to the airport. It's easy to set up and provides fast wifi access no matter where I've traveled in Japan--much faster than hotel wifi. The cost is reasonable, and I highly recommend it.

Great service, I used in any place in Japan without any problems

I appreciate you delivering the wireless to my hotel. It was easy to use. Return the wireless by post was also very convenient. I was happy with your service

Device works really well. Only had one hick up during train ride in Kyoto WiFi where wifi froze for some reason

We used this hotspot every day. Service was great. Pickup and dropoff were easy. Overall great experience.
