I ordered a portable WIFI for myself and shared it with two other people in my party. I also ordered an e-sim for my son's apple 16 phone. We had internet access the entire two weeks of our trip. Ordered my portable WIFI online and picked up at airport when I landed. I was given an envelope to drop off at any postal bin at the end of my trip. I was able to drop off at postal bin at the airport. I would definitely use Japan Wireless again when I visit Japan in the future.

The internet service was perfect. We had connected two phones and a laptop and all the devices worked quick. I only had interruptions in the services when I moved at the Shinkansen, but I heard that is common with the regular services in Japan.

Excellent service and speed, return process was simple and easy. My only complaint is that the battery did not last all day so I had to carry around the battery bank as well. This wasn't a serious issue though

We had great internal signal everywhere we traveled within Japan. The device does get hot quickly, and we did have to restart it to get service twice in a week, but otherwise it was a vital tool during our trip and did its job well! Easy return and easy pickup.
