High data speeds when we connected both mobile phones. Great option if using multiple devices. Keep power bank charged as you will need it if using the modem all day. We had another powerbank for the phones which was useful. Easy pick up, setup and drop off. Would recommend and would use again.

Everything was great about the product and the service.

Easy yo set up and long enough battery life for long days of sightseeing. Worked well in the Metro/Shinkansen and buses.

It is the second time that I have used a Japan wireless ESIM and the experience was as good as the first time. The coverage in the main centres was excellent as was the coverage in the mountains where I spent most of my time.

I had already a pocket wifi last year and decided to rent one again this year. The connection was still good but a few days we had some issues that were promptly solved. the tecnichal support very fast with reply. I reccomend the product

La batterie de secours s'est révélée utile en deux occasions, mais nous faisions attention à l'éteindre si possible. Une plus grosse batterie d'origine rassurerait un peu pour les longues journées, mais nos téléphones se déchargeaient aussi vite...

I purchased your 7days product and used without any problem.
The only one thing I wanted to ask you that you need to offer 14 days products.
I have to buy 7days product again since I'm staying in Japan a week more.
