I arrived at the Narita Airport today. Picked up the Pocket Wifi at the Post Office inside my designated terminal without any issue. It is very easy to setup and I was surprised it came with an extra battery for the device. Amazing service. I would order again whenever I come back to Japan.

Easy pickup, worked great

Highly advisable to have whilst in Japan due to the following:

1) it provides great coverage.
2) found it faster than the hotel wifi service.
3) caters to high data users.
4) one unit provides access to multiple users
5) product was delivered to the hotel on time.
6) additional power bank was provided.
7) packed well in a folder.
8) also included a postal packet complete with the address written. So all we needed to do to send the item back was to put in the postal packet, seal it, and drop it in the nearest postbox.
9) The unit we had was in great working order. It seemed new!

It works very well. Highly recommended.

A very reliable way having online connection in Japan. Easy to use.
A good idea was the supplementary batterie offered.

Pocket WiFi è uno strumento indispensabile per viaggiare in Giappone e ovunque si voglia usare internet per orienta, cercare informazioni, recensioni, ecc. La batteria non dura molto e necessità di una power bank di supporto (fornita) che rende il tutto un po’ pesante da trasportare

Working wonderfully anywhere; we didn't have any issues in reception, usage or return. Thanks for such easiness.

Can't recommend getting one of these more. Will only last a day (but will last a full day) so make sure you charge it overnight. But it's brilliant.
