Exactly as advertised. Worked flawlessly everywhere. Charge lasted all day, every day.

Our 3rd time to use japan wireless.Good signals, well packaged and ready for us when we picked it up at Narita airport.

Router worked amazing with only small blips in connection on bullet train to Osaka and Kyoto. Customer service was awesome after making my way through customs and back to states with the routers Japan Wireless team assisted in helping me getting them shipped back. They were awesome every step of the way. Great product an great people!

Very worthwhile having this. Fast connection and worked really well. Online 24/7. Thoroughly recommend for travellers to Japan.

We had Japan wireless pocket Wi-Fi for 10 days, it was waiting at our hotel and we dropped it off at the departure hall at narita airport. Worked everywhere- would get it again on our next trip

Worked great throughout our trip across Japan. I don’t recall ever having unavailability and the speeds were great for surfing and streaming. Easy pickup and drop off at the airport.

Worked pretty well. Only 4 stars because there were a few times when internet didn't work.
Battery life was okay. It lasted us the whole day out. We never had to use the spare battery.

Easy to use and worked everywhere.

The pocket WiFi worked well throughout the country, and the battery held all day. Only issue was the charging wire I received, which did not hold a charge. Once I switched to one of my wires, I had no Problems.
