Excellent. We did a cruise round Japan, and it even worked for most of the time at sea.

My device was waiting for me at my hotel in Tokyo when I arrived. I had absolutely no issues during my three week holiday in Japan. I posted the device back from Terminal 2 at Narita Airport. I would highly recommend fir anyone traveling to Japan.

Brand new device, battery lasted pretty much all day. Very good rates and outstanding service. The brought the pocket WiFi to the hotel we were staying in and we dropped it off in the post at the airport. Crystal clear explanations and fluent communication. I do recommend it and a must for a smooth travel experience

Pickup at Narita postal desk was seamless. Gadget was easy to use even without knowing any Japanese, super convenient. Used it constantly for 3 weeks for two mobile phones and occasional use with a laptop in Tokyo, Kyoto, Okinawa, Yakushima, and around Kyushu. Glad to have it when hotel Wi-Fi was not secured with a password. Only coverage issue was on a mountain on Yakushima where absolutely no one has any coverage. Once in a while the signal would cut out, but it was easy to reboot and get it back. Carry pouch is a little big if you're trying to keep your luggage small. Would use this service again.

On my recent trip to Japan I wanted to be able to have constant wifi to use maps etc. while travelling around and not have to rely on finding locations with free wifi. I used this service and found it easy to use with good customer service. If I was to do again I would just allow a few days prior to travel to book as I left it to the last minute and couldn’t get it delivered the next day to my hotel however ther service provider did everything they could to find a suitable location to get it to me. They are very professional and helpful. I will use this service again and I recommend it to anyone wanting constant reliable wifi.

Easy pick up and drop off at Narita T2. Just switch ON enter the password and you're connected. The built in battery lasts more than 12hrs and it came with a back up battery.

Muy buen servicio de internet, estuvimos 21 días y en ninguno tuvimos problemas. La cobertura es impresionante en Japón incluso en lugares boscosos. La entrega y devolución son bastantes sencillas. El precio bastante competitivo. La batería del Router mas la batería externa te dan todo el día de operación y cuando digo todo el día es todo el día.
