Such an useful device!

The wifi reception was very fast and reliable.
The battery life is excellent.
The pick-up and return procedure is very good.
Will be ordering again in July.

I wouldnt be able to travel Japan without this device. I had steady internet access everywhere i went. I gave 4 atars because there were few times that the device showed it is connected but i didnt get internet. I had to reset the power on the device.
Other than that it was great!

works well, easy setup and prompt delivery! Just too bad there are no Voice calls!

Used on a cycling tour of Japan. Streamed USA basketball playoff games recorded in the states. Worked very reliably, very well everywhere we went. Highly recommended. I myself will rent this on my next trip to Japan.

In Japan my first time. I found having this Wi-Fi extremely helpful. The company was great to work with. Answered questions immediately. Japan WiFi extended the service for 4 days with no problem. Easy pick up at the local post office and easy drop off the local post box.

High speed of data, no negative comments, strongly recommended!
